General Term & Condition:

  • The package rates includes minimum 2 persons                                                                                                       
  • Package includes Standard 2 star, Deluxe 3 star and Super deluxe 4 and 5 star hotels
  • Rate can be change as per travel date and No. of travelers, requirements, Season etc.          
  • Meals will be provided as per hotel plans.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Package will be calculated as per the foreign exchange rate at the time of quotation, Final payment may vary as per foreign exchange rate at the time of Final payment. 
  • Hotel are subject to availability.
  • Hotel's Check-in and Check-out time depends on Hotel policy.

Payment Policy:

1. At the time of booking minimum amount would be 5000 or 5% of total Package cost (Whichever is higher)

2. 30 days before date of departure date: 50% of total cost. ( varies in domestic and international travels )

3. 20 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

4. Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment not received till given date .

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your trip/package

you or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person for Tour Package:

  • 30 days or more before departure cancellation charges is 50% of total Package Cost
  • 29 – 20 days before departure cancellation charges is 90% of total Package Cost
  • Less than 19 days before departure 100% of total cost 
  • Cancellation charges also depends on the Season and hotel/Flight Cancellation Charges.

Refund Policy:

  • 30 days or more before departure ,booking amount not be refunded rest of the amount will be refund.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure 50% of total package cost will be refunded after deduction of Service charges.
  • Less than 19 days before departure nothing will be refund.
  • For Flight and Train Ticket: Refund would be as per Airlines and Railways refund policy.
  • If Customer skip between the tour due to any reason DEBIDO PVT LTD is not liable for refund .
  • After the services DEBIDO PVT LTD not liable for any refund

Rate of exchange (ROE) difference will be collected on the day of final collection of payment or Cancellation, which will depend on the ROE of that particular day.

Passport must be valid till 6 months from date of travel for international travel

Cost might be varies till total payment has not confirmed from our side.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Package is calculated as per today’s exchange rate INR/ USD=85, any fluctuation at the time of final payment will be charged at the time of final booking.
  • Above hotels are subject to availability.
  • Normal hotel check-In time is 1400hrs and check-out time 1200hrs
